Schwaben Capital Markets is the investment banking division of Schwaben Capital Group. Over many years of experience the partners of Schwaben have realized that our clients' have diverse needs and objectives. Successful entrepreneurs do not just have a need for asset management and financial and estate planning. Many also have needs in capital financing, or require assistance with the sale of a company, or wish to acquire additional business to their company. We assist small to mid sized companies and entrepreneurs to access capital or to engage in mergers and acquisitions. The investment banking divisions of the bank-owned banking firms are often not equipped or interested to deal with smaller private companies that are less than $50 million in enterprise value.  We feel that an integrated approach, of providing investment banking services to our clients as well as asset management and estate planning, gives us a better understanding and closer contact with our clients.   

Schwaben Capital Markets provides financial, M&A advisory and financing services for entrepreneurs and executives of private companies that may become public at some point in the future. Schwaben Capital Markets focuses primarily on private financing through private debt or                                          equity.
